Acquire basic skills and techniques for life drawing including: gesture, proportion, anatomy, foreshortening, light, and shade. Artists of all skill levels are welcome. Every Wednesday starting on January 15, 2025. Class time: 1 PM – 4 PM Location: Studio Gallery in the Historic Carnegie Building.
Live, professional art models will be on hand.
Each student is required to provide the following art supplies: drawing pad, 11″x14″ or larger; 2b pencils; vine charcoal; kneaded eraser; charcoal pencil; and/or whatever drawing materials you are most comfortable with, including a tablet, if you prefer.
Easels, tables, and chairs will be provided on site.
