Portrait procedure
1. Photographs—–If possible, I would like to meet the person/people that I will paint. At the meeting, I will do some quick sketches or preliminary painting and take photos. This session may last from one to two hours. This is usually done at the client’s residence or a location of the client’s choice. If meeting in person is not possible, client needs to provide me with multiple photos of high/studio quality. Photos can be digital or prints.
2. Timing—— Please allow two/ three months or longer to complete a portrait. It all depends on the size, number of subjects, complexity of the image and my work load.
3. Payment—– Before work starts, a written agreement will be signed and 1/3 of the fee is paid by the client. Upon delivery and approval of the finished work, the remainder is paid (multiple payments are also optional). If shipping is required, the fee will be added to the final balance.
4. Multiple subjects—– For each additional subject in a picture, there is a 50% discount.
