Painting - Watercolor
Terry Arroyo Mulrooney is an accomplished, award-winning watercolorist from Miami, Florida. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Terry has called South Florida home since early childhood.
Her busy life as a successful business professional, wife and mother, left her little time for artwork. After spending years working in the Human Resources field, she began to feel that her life lacked a creative outlet. She decided to reinvented herself and return to her passion, developing her talents as an artist. She found great pleasure in drawing and sketching everything from cartoons, animals, and people.
Terry finds satisfaction and inspiration in variety, and her work encompasses a range of themes and subjects. She creates floral still life, landscapes and portraits with equal passion, but she has a special affinity for capturing timeless moments and personal expressions in portrait form. Terry draws inspiration from many sources, including her travels in the U.S. and abroad.
I have worked with many companies in joint ventures with children in the arts.
I specialize also in commissions of homes, children, special places and pets. I have extensive history of exhibitions in Miami, West Palm Beach, Florida Keys and Fort Lauderdale. I have also judged art shows and South Miami Rotary Arts Festival.
