Orange County Fine Arts

OCFA was founded as the Costa Mesa Art League in 1964 and currently boasts over 200 well-respected members, representing a diverse array of artists, art enthusiasts, collectors, students, philanthropists and more. OCFA welcomes art lovers from all levels of ability and experience who are passionate about increasing their knowledge and understanding of the fine arts. In addition to networking opportunities for artists and art enthusiasts, OCFA provides art demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, scholarships and competitions that support existing artists while stimulating public interest in painting, sculpture, etchings, photography and other mediums.

OCFA encourages and supports art education for young people and adults by awarding scholarships to college students and contributing to high school art programs that teach art as a valued form of self expression and a quintessential component of our society. OCFA galleries feature a broad range of innovative and imaginative pieces created by artists ranging in style from traditional to contemporary and even to daring, experimental modalities. All OCFA exhibits are comprised of original paintings in oil, acrylic, watercolor and pastel as well as photography and mixed media pieces. Original sculpture, ceramics and jewelry are also on display for collectors and admirers alike while affordable pricing makes collecting original artwork attractive to both connoisseurs and amateurs who are seeking unique pieces to compliment their homes and businesses. Please note that a portion of all proceeds are allocated to the OCFA scholarship fund, which supports OCFA’s commitment to continuing education in the fine arts.
