I am an oil painter with a BFA in painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I minored in portrait arts.
I have a passion for painting people AND pets.
I work from photographic reference, completing sepia based underpainting before proceeding to the top layers of the piece.
I charge by the square inch – $25.00
The paintings are varnished and unframed.
The client supplies the photos, but they must be high resolution.
I use only the finest quality paints and canvases.
Four of the paintings are traditional oils. One is an oil portrait on quilted background – an “art quilt” – which is a medium I invented during the pandemic. Contact me for more information.
